We typically grow out pigs to be over 300lbs, we like the marbling that starts to happen after 300lbs. Fed local certified organic grain rations and they have extra greens,apples, pumpkins, walnuts and hay during the finishing days to impart a healthy delicious fat and flavor.
Currently I am not offering half or whole hogs, but I do have cuts available . Purchase direct from the farm.
